Another idea that has been proposed, is a reflection pool in the place of the Two Towers. It would have an underground museum of the people that lost their lives in this tragedy. By us building this Memorial underground, it is the same as an ostrich hiding its head in the dirt. We should stand tall and rebuild
I offer this as a solution. We should rebuild the Towers, back to their former glory. United we stand. We, not only as the United States, but as the People of the World, saw this as a great injustice. As any proud person should do, we should rise again when knocked down by intolerance and hate, We should stand tall to show we are strong in faith, in spite of them.
We should stand and stand tall. The World Trade Center shall be the symbol of that standing, and shall serve as a memorial for the fallen.
The five upper stories should become a memorial. These five stories will be set apart from the rest of the building like a giant banner across them. In these sections will be setup as the Memorial for the victims of 9/11. The first tower would pay tribute to all the people that lost their lives in the Pentagon and on Flight 93. The second tower would pay tribute to the firefighters, By erecting the scene that sums up the most, the three firefighters raising the flag

By doing this we accomplished so much more than a Freedom Tower that they can't build or underground Memorial with a reflection pool. This way we honor the memory of the fallen and breathe new life back into the business district.
